Super TripperPod

Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026-09-30 · com.supertripper.app

By installing or using Super TripperPod, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Please also read the Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

Super TripperPod is an app for Android and iPhone (iOS), developed independently by Guilherme Marzochi, a private individual, hereinafter the "developer". Contact: suporte@marzochi.com.br.

2. What the app does

Super TripperPod connects your smartphone to the TripperPod display over Bluetooth and shows navigation instructions on the motorcycle's display. Navigation can use Google Maps (by reading its notifications), the app's own built-in offline map, with address search and route calculation on the device, or, on Android, Waze Mode (beta).

The app is an independent project, with no affiliation, sponsorship or connection with the manufacturer of the TripperPod display, Google or Waze. "TripperPod", "Google Maps" and "Waze" are trademarks of their respective owners.

Safety first. Super TripperPod is a navigation aid and does not replace your attention to the road. Never operate your phone or the display while riding. Always obey traffic laws, road signs and road conditions. Routes, distances, times and maneuvers are estimates and may contain errors, be outdated or be unsuitable; use your own judgement. You alone are responsible for riding the vehicle and for your safety and that of others.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

4. Plans, purchases and subscriptions

The app is free to download. Navigation features are unlocked through a one-time purchase or a subscription, managed by Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iPhone):

All purchases and subscriptions are processed and charged by Google Play or the App Store, subject to Google's or Apple's terms. The developer does not receive or store your card details.

Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically for the same period, at the current price, until you cancel them. Where a free trial is offered, billing starts when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.

"Unlimited" use: plans described as unlimited are intended for normal personal use and may have reasonable technical limits to prevent abuse; if you reach them, the app keeps working with the built-in map at no extra charge.

Compass and external map with subscriptions: while a subscription (Internals or Internals Pro) is active, compass mode and the external map are included at no extra cost. Permanent access to these features comes with the one-time purchase or founder status.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time in the store where you bought it:

Access continues until the end of the period already paid for, and there is no further renewal. Refunds follow the Google Play or App Store policy and applicable law (including the right of withdrawal under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code). For refund requests, use the store where you made the purchase or contact us at suporte@marzochi.com.br.

6. Users from the paid-app era (founders)

Anyone who bought Super TripperPod while it was a paid app keeps, as a courtesy, access to the corresponding features ("founder"), as verified by purchase/usage history. This benefit is personal, tied to the account/device, and may have specific conditions communicated in the app.

7. Waze Mode (Android, beta)

Waze Mode relies on a modified, compatible build of Waze distributed on our tutorial page. Waze is a product of Waze Mobile/Google and has no relation to this project. Installing that build is optional and done at your own risk; the developer does not guarantee that Waze works and is not responsible for it. The feature is in beta and may change or stop working at any time.

8. Availability and changes to the service

The app depends on factors outside our control (the Android or iOS system, Bluetooth, GPS signal, Google Maps, internet connection and third-party services) and may be temporarily unavailable. We may update, modify or discontinue features at any time. We will seek to preserve paid features already purchased for the contracted period.

9. Intellectual property

The app, its brand, texts, screens and code are protected and belong to the developer, except for third-party components and map data (for example, OpenStreetMap and its contributors), which are subject to their own licences. You are granted a personal, limited, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app in accordance with these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is", with no guarantee that it will be error-free or that routes and information will be accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app, including delays, incorrect routes, accidents, fines or indirect losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law or consumer rights provided by applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as the app evolves. Material changes will be published on this page with the revision date updated. Continued use of the app after the changes means you accept the new version.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the District of São José dos Campos/SP are chosen to settle any disputes, without prejudice to the consumer's right to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence.
